Terms of service

Welcome to the T.O.S section for physical products. Here is all the needed information before looking to commission.T.O.S is non negotiable and the commissioner must agree to the terms.Ignorance of T.O.S does not prohibit you from agreeing and abiding to the terms as they are publicly available.

right to refuse service

Please note that I do not take commissions from minors.Commissioners under the age of 18 looking to commission must do so through a parent or legal guardian. Parents/legal guardians must be responsible for the commission application and completing payment/s.I reserve my right to refuse a commission, for any reason.
A explanation will be given clarifying why I have chosen to refuse service if one is needed.
I have my right to blacklist commissioners from future commissions.

opening commissions

Every few months or few times a year I will open up for fursuit related commissions.
I'll post announcements on my social media accounts about when and for how long my commissions will be open. Commission quotes can be given via Telegram, Instagram and Twitter anytime with the current set in pricing. Do keep in mind that these will only be valid if prices have not changed since you have received your price estimate.

How to apply

Google Forms will be the format used for applications; the link is available on my Linktree.Applications can be written either using English or Finnish. All applications will be accepted and considered only during the dates specified in the opening post on my social medias.Contact information, important details about your character, the specifications of your commission and payment options will be required in your application. Because this information will be utilized to construct your product, it is critical that you fill out this form as completely as possible and insert the needed references. The application process will be lot easier when you have a clear idea of what you want.I will review your application and decide whether or not to accept the commission once it has been received.
After you've applied, make sure to check your inbox frequently.
A post regarding the decision will be published when it has been made to my social medias. If no contact has been made while the post is up on social media, it signifies that the slot was already provided.I'll send you a price quote for your commission if your application is approved and picked.
Please note that shipping will be charged once the commission has been completed. This is not taken into account in the price quote.
It is up to you to decide whether or not you want to proceed with the commission after receiving your price quote. Please let me know your decision as soon as possible. If I don't hear back from you within three days, your commission slot will be given away.
You can also try to reapply during the next opening.
When you submit an application, you must agree to the Terms of Service, so please read them carefully before starting the application process.

* slots are not first come first served. *

references

A clear and an accurate digital (SFW) reference sheet of your character is needed for the commission. If there are asymmetrical markings then more view profiles are also needed for accuracy. For artistic liberty projects references are accepted in the forms of moodboards and color palettes.Be mindful that there's a restricted color palette accessible for fabrics compared to the boundless possibilities that can be in reference art.

There are certain constraints to working with faux fur.
The example below showcases design elements that require adjustments or removal to transform into a fursuit.

( Includes gradients, tiny spots, fine lines and tattoos.)

Measurements

It is the obligation of the commissioner to give precise measurements so that way I can deliver appropriately measured products.A duct tape dummy is required for a custom bodysuit to guarantee it appropriately fits you. Please take your time to accurately make one, and mark the name of your character with big letters to the DTD as well as the tail hole position.
Good tutorials can be found online on how to make an accurate DTD, or from the link below.
For heads, hand paws and feet paws the commissioner will be asked for the required measurements and shoe size.

wips

I will send you work in progress pictures and updates during different parts of the commission process.I will do my best to respond to you within 24 hours. Asking very frequently for WIPs isn't advised, because quality comes first over rushing the project.I reserve the right to use any pictures or videos that I take of commissioned work for to be used in social media and promotional material.

changes

During the process I will use the given reference images and work to match them. The commissioner must also be aware that I will make the character to fit my suit style. If there are requested changes to the commission during the process, they will be accommodated to within reason. In the event that you want changes that go against the already talked about details or already affirmed WIPs, then I might charge additional fees for the needed work. You will be given the change to decline and continue onward without the changes.

wearability

I am not responsible for any damage you may incur while you are suiting.
I will try my best for the suit to be fitting but commissioners should also understand that fursuits can be difficult to wear.
They can appear to be sometimes claustrophobic, bulky, hot, and have less visibility than normal.

turn around time and deadlines

I do not currently take rush orders or deadlines for commissions. On the off chance that there's a certain convention/date you'd like your commission to be completed by, let me know and I'll attempt my best to work with you.Generally one fursuit commission will take me around two to four months to finish from the day I have received materials and have the needed payment amount. This timeframe is only an estimate, and the more complicated the commission is the more time it will take to finish.I also work on art on the side which will affect the time constructing suits. While I try my hardest to keep a consistent workflow, life may sometimes get in the way and result in some delays. This is not my full time job, so please be understanding about this.

pricing

Prices has been set as they are deemed appropriate.
All prices are in euros.
Base prices are the lowest prices start from.
Complexity in design will increase the commission price.
Prices will not be negotiated and doing so is disrespectful and can get the individual blacklisted from future commissions.

payment

Inside EU, bank transfers are the favoured option for payment. PayPal is the accepted payment option worldwide, and conversion fees will be added on top of the quote. To accept the commission, a 35% down payment from the complete amount is required to acquire the necessary supplies. The process will start on your commission when I have received 80% or full payment of the whole cost.Short payment plans are available up to three months. Payments can be sent weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. If you are unable to pay as agreed, please notify me as soon as possible so that we may work out a new payment plan.Commissions that have been completed but not paid in full will not be sent. Please keep in mind that all transactions will be handled in euros. Before sending an application, make sure you want the commission and it's within your budget!

refund policy

Please contact me first describing why you need to request the refund, since each refund is a case-by-case situation. If you refund the commission, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
The down payment will be held for material costs.
You will receive a partial refund if I decide to cancel on you, and the commission will be changed and sold.A commission is no longer eligible for a refund once the project has been finished.

shipping

In addition to the purchase of the commission, the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery.Since I'm located in Finland, international shipping costs might range from 30 to 300 euros, depending on your location and the items you commissioned. On overseas deliveries, the customer understands the potential of customs fees, and accepts that it is their duty to pay any such expenses.I'm not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping.

Warranty

If your suit has any fitting difficulties or is faulty in any way, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange adjustments.A 60-day warranty is included with all physical commissions. This warranty begins when the commission is delivered to the commissioner and the repairs will be done without a fee. (commissioner pays delivery). The warranty will not be valid if the commissioner has submitted inaccurate our faulty measurements/DTD and asks for re-sizing.Warranty will be invalidated if the commission is altered or repaired by someone else. Before sending any commission in for repair, they must be thoroughly cleaned.Normal wear and tear, as well as abuse and poor maintenance, are not covered by this warranty.

queue

I'm currently taking one to two physical commissions at a time for consistency and time management.
